WORK EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Tucker is a civil engineer with over 13 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. He has served as a project engineer and project manager with a consulting engineering firm and utility. He has been involved in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of numerous water and wastewater capital projects. He has extensive experience in water and wastewater rehabilitation and the Capacity Management Operation and Maintenance (CMOM) program for utilities.
